Live Casino Tables
Play with real dealers via live video stream, just like sitting across from a fellow player right here in Myanmar. Dealers in the studio run the game face to face and you watch every result as it happens.
Live Baccarat
The dealer deals two cards, you choose Player, Banker or Tie, and the side closest to 8 or 9 wins. Each round takes about 30 seconds. Table limits vary — choose a table that suits your stake.
BaccaratDragon Tiger
One card is dealt to Dragon and one to Tiger — the higher card wins. A Tie side bet is also available. It's fast and easy to follow, which is why Myanmar players enjoy it.
Dragon TigerRoulette
Pick a number or colour on the spinning wheel and place your bet. Straight Up, Red/Black, Odd/Even, Dozens — all bet types are covered. European Roulette has only one Zero, so the House Edge is lower.
RouletteBlackjack
Play against the dealer to get as close to 21 as possible without going over. Use Hit, Stand, Double Down, and Split options to apply strategy, and play face-to-face with a live dealer. It has one of the lowest House Edges of any casino game.
BlackjackSic Bo
Shake three dice in a cup and predict the total or the combination that comes up. From Big/Small bets all the way to Triple bets, there are plenty of bet types to choose from. Go to Sic Bo.
Sic Bo
What is Live Video Stream?
A live HD camera connects directly from the studio, so you can watch the entire game unfold in front of you in real time. Results come from the dealer's hands, not just an algorithm — you can see it for yourself.
Live Betting & Cash Out — while the game is on
After a football match kicks off, odds shift in real time based on goals scored, cards shown, and substitutions. Some players feel odds can be better before the first goal or around half time — keep in mind that's an individual observation, not a general rule, and experiences will vary.
Markets available In-Play
- Next Goal — which side scores next
- Goal Total — total goals in the match (Over/Under)
- Asian Handicap — win/loss with a head-start adjustment
- Cash Out — close your bet before the match ends
Note — Before starting Live Betting, set your own limits and play responsibly. Read our Responsible Gaming page.
RTP and House Edge — what you should know
Understanding these points before you play helps you make more informed decisions.
What is RTP (Return to Player)?
RTP is the percentage of total money wagered in a game that is theoretically returned to players over time. For example, if a slots game has an RTP of 96%, that means for every 100 Ks played, an average of 96 Ks is returned — this is not calculated per single spin, but emerges over a long period of play.
Typical RTP ranges by game type
Slots games generally sit between 92–98%. Blackjack — when played with Basic Strategy — can return close to 99% RTP. European Roulette sits at 94–97%, and Baccarat offers over 98% RTP on Player/Banker bets. These figures depend on the game type, and individual games may vary.
What is House Edge?
House Edge is the figure you get by subtracting RTP from 100%. For example — an RTP of 96% means a House Edge of 4%. That 4% represents the average percentage the casino earns over the long run. The lower the House Edge, the better it is for the player, so it's worth factoring this in when choosing a game.
Why should players know this?
Understanding RTP and House Edge helps you avoid unexpected losses. Every game involves luck, and no strategy can guarantee a win. Set a budget, treat gaming as entertainment, and find responsible gaming guidelines at live66 under Responsible Gaming.

How to Play Shan Koe Mee (Shan Koe Mee)
Shan Koe Mee is a traditional Myanmar card game where players sit around a table and take turns. It follows classic Myanmar card game rules — there is no dealer position that stays fixed; instead, the Banker role rotates around the table, and each player needs to understand what it means to hold that position.
Step-by-step gameplay
- The Banker deals three cards to each player around the table and takes three cards for themselves as well.
- Card values are calculated by adding the numbers together (A=1, 2–9 face value, J/Q/K=0) and taking only the last digit — so 17 counts as 7, and 9 is the highest possible value.
- Each player's card value is compared against the Banker's — the higher value wins. If it is a tie, the Banker is generally considered the winner.
- Special Hand — Three of a Kind (all three cards the same) pays at a set ratio, depending on the table rules in play.
- After the Banker decides their own hand, the Banker role typically rotates to the next player around the table.
Take the Banker role responsibly. Setting a budget limit before you play is the mark of a smart player.
| Card value | Match result | Normal comparison |
|---|---|---|
| 9 | Highest | Instant win |
| 8 | Second | Wins unless Banker has 9 |
| 0 | Lowest | "Bet" like Baccarat |
| Three of a Kind | Special | Depends on table rules |

Crash games — chase the multiplier
In a crash game, a multiplier climbs from 1× and you must cash out before it crashes. Popular crash games like Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman are all available on live66. Your payout is calculated based on the bet amount and the multiplier at the point you cash out.
Aviator (Spribe) is widely discussed among players in Myanmar — it is not a guaranteed two-way payout, and the final seconds before a crash can go badly, so you should learn the game mechanics and set a budget limit before playing.
